William (Bill) Miller – Lead Outside Director

Miller has been an independent director and consultant to several technology companies. Currently he also serves on the boards of Digimarc Corp., Glu Mobile, NVIDIA and Waters Corp.

During his career, Miller was president, CEO and chairman of Avid Technology Inc. from 1996 to 1999; and served as CEO, board member and chairman of Quantam Corp. From 1992 to 1995.

Earlier, he held a variety of positions at Control Data Corp., including executive vice president and president of Information Services. Miller earned Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Minnesota.
